- Time-Basis Charging: Calculated using highly competitive hourly or daily rates for complex, evolving projects, large-scale developments, or planning appeals.
- Budget Protection (Ceiling Figures): Every quotation outlines the anticipated hours and costs, providing a binding "ceiling figure" to prevent budget overruns.
Variables that Impact Heritage Report Costs
When pricing Heritage Statements, Statements of Significance, or Heritage Impact Assessments (HIAs), we evaluate four core dimensions:
