COVERAGE
We are able to provide heritage, planning and listed building consultant advise to clients throughout the UK and the South West, but particularly Cornwall, Devon (including Exeter, Plymouth and Torbay), Somerset and the Bristol area.
FEES
The fees for undertaking any work are generally calculated on a time charging basis and will depend on the complexity of the work. Chartwood Planning prides itself on providing a professional service at extremely competitive rates with certain types of work being charged at a fixed rate however, a quotation can always be provided before any work is undertaken.
As historic buildings tend to differ so much the cost of a Heritage Statements, Statements of Significance and Heritage Impact Assessments will vary depending upon the complexity, significance of the asset, and the level of impact on the asset and its setting.
In all cases, each instruction is assessed at the outset based on a defined scope of work and the expected levels of time commitment. In the quotation we will set out the likely elements of the job and any anticipated costs so as to provide a ceiling figure for your budgeting purposes.
